On Sunday, District 7410 held their Banner Exchange at Here and Now in Honesdale with the installation of Andy Lane Chapman as District Governor, as well as Rob Oldroyd of the Troy Club as District Governor Elect, and Ty Holmes of the Scranton Club as District Governor Nominee. Brian Vnuk, Charlie Lang, and Dave Passmore were also installed as Assistant Governors. Welcome District Governor Andy!
